Refund Policy

TripMate offers cancellation of the rooms through follwoing terms

• TripMate offers 100% refund if you cancel your bookings 14 days before your bookings dates.
• TripMate offers 75% refund if you cancel your bookings 7 days before your bookings dates.
• TripMate offers 50% refund if you cancel your bookings 2 days before or after your bookings dates.
